Working Together To Get The Job Done

Trying to reinvent the wheel is not only silly, it's inefficient. So, when we started The Muskoka Foundation we searched the planet for some of the best development and philanthropic organizations we could find. Our definition of "best" includes critical criteria such as: Accountability, Transparency, Efficiency and a clear demonstration of achieving a positive impact towards their mission.

We found some incredible groups and we are honored that they have chosen to work with us, and our travelers. By working together we're bringing greater resources and awareness to some common challenges.

Please visit and help support these fantastic organizations:

Motonomadas

MotoNomadas is Ileana Bagnamanay LaTorre and Efrain Martinez, who are riding from Charleston, South Carolina to Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, starting November 2010. This ultimate adventure through diverse terrain, culture and people using their Suzuki DL-1000 motorcycle (called: "Morcega") and a custom built yellow CSM sidecar (called:"Morceguinho"). Together, they form "La Guerrera", with which they will travel the 30,000 miles across The Americas. As they travel, Efrain & Ileana are stopping in several communities to complete Muskoka Foundation programs, as well as supporting other organisations helping street kids in Latin American countries.
