At The Muskoka Foundation we are creating a portfolio of partnerships and programs that Overland Travelers can leverage when traveling the planet, to make a difference in the communities they visit. When we are creating these programs, we use a criteria of measuring them against the following six basic services that we aim to provide:

	WHAT?!?	HOW?!?
	Useful items such as: Pipes, mosquito nets, toilets, shelters, books, toothbrushes, soccer balls, etc.	Pick-up items for delivery from local partners Use capacity of vehicles and Muskoka provided trailers
delivering

	Share stories of: people and programs in other villages that have succeeded Share stories of the impact of pipes, mozzie net deliveries	Present case studies and videos on the truck. Share materials from local partner organisations.
inspiring

	Leverage skills of overland travelers in business (vMBA), healthcare, photography, computers, etc to teach courses	Partner with local microfinance organisations and health providers to gather interested students. Package curricula for travelers visiting the villages
educating

	Work with international groups to determine information needs, and gather data from the Muskoka Villages	Develop data collection standards to allow meaningful analysis from multiple visits over time, by various overland travelers.
documenting

	Leverage skills and capabilities of overland travelers to assist in infrastructure building initiatives such as housing, schools, clinics	Partner with existing NGO's who have ongoing building programs.
building

	Provide an eco-friendly, non-profit vehicle base to encourage & empower other overland travelers to get out into the field and do good.	Leverage success of EcoRoamer, and branch into smaller models and a 'rental fleet' of affordable trailers. Provide this fleet as loaners to individuals who commit to participating in Muskoka programs.
